Estimates are not safety advice
BAC values, sober times, and alcohol-effect information are estimates only. They are not measurements, medical advice, or a reliable way to decide whether to drive, operate equipment, work, supervise others, or make another safety-critical decision.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for entries made through your account. The service is intended only for adults legally permitted to consume alcohol where they live.
Pro subscriptions
Pro is billed in advance through Stripe on the interval selected at checkout. You can manage or cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Prices and included features are shown before purchase.
Your data
You retain ownership of the information you enter. You grant Pour.fyi permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Core data portability is not restricted to Pro subscribers.
Service availability
We aim to keep Pour.fyi reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every estimate will be accurate. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the previous twelve months.
